How To Use Reverse Psychology To Make Anyone Do What You Want
What is reverse psychology?
Reverse psychology is a method that allows you to manipulate someone and to motivate him to do something by telling him to do the exact opposite.
For example, telling one of your friends, you can't do that task because it required a person with more skill than you, might trigger his ego and might motivate him to prove you wrong and so do the task.
Reverse psychology is extremely effective, but provided that you use it correctly because lots of people misuse it. For example, if you told a person who has a low self esteem or low self confidence that he can do a certain task, that actually this person might believe you and might turn your suggestions into limiting belief and faith to do that task.
So you must be aware of the people you are talking to and you must choose the people that you are going to use reverse psychology on correctly.
For example, reverse psychology works best with narcissists, stubborn people and competitive people because they are very competitive and those who have an exaggerated sense of self work. Those people are the ones who can be easily motivated using reverse psychology.
If you told any of those people that they can do a certain task, or for example, you might not be able to finish that task for a time, or you will never finish that task on time, and those people are going to try to prove you wrong by doing the opposite and they will complete the task on time.
Finally, you must never let that person notice that you are trying to motivate him using that way. Simply because if someone noticed that you are trying to manipulate him, he will resist and he will do the exact opposite and your reverse psychology will fail.
You can master reading people like a book from their facial features, body language, the way they walk, the way they talk, their tone of voice, their clothes, their belongings and everything that they do. Read their minds as if you’re seeing inside it using psychology and not pseudoscience.
